It took our team several weeks to finally bring her to safety, but giving up was never an option. When Annabelle was first rescued, she wasn't quite sure what to make of people. Life had taught her to be cautious, and she kept her distance, watching the world from afar. But with patience, kindness, and time, something beautiful started to happen. Little by little, Annabelle began to realize that humans could be trusted. Today, she is a completely different dog. The once-reserved girl now seeks out affection, follows her favorite people around hoping for pets, and greets everyone with a tail that never seems to stop wagging. Watching her confidence grow has been one of the greatest joys for our team. Annabelle has waited far too long for a family of her own.
